1991	Head office and factory moved to Toshima Ward, sales office newly established in Shinjuku Ward
1992	Company name changed to Waseda U. P.
1993	Integral relocation of head office and sales office to Nishi-Waseda in Shinjuku Ward
1998	Company name changed to Waseda University Business Division
2004	Waseda University Business Division Corp. continues as a company while the business is divided into 4 companies Waseda University Enterprise Corp. Waseda University Facility Management Corp. Waseda University Research Institute Corp. Waseda University Media Mix Corp. Establishment of W. G. Holdings Co., Ltd., a holding company made of four companies (Currently Waseda University Group Holdings)
2011	Waseda University Business Division and Waseda University Facility Management merged and the company name was changed to Waseda University Property Management Corp.
2015	Head office relocated to Okuma Square Building
